In period of December 16 – 20, 2019, AME organized a Sales & Budget meeting in Ischgl, Austria. Within this time, some of sales managers used opportunity for skiing and relaxing in the beautiful ski resort Ischgl. During the sales meeting we deeply analysed AME activities done in year 2019 and prepared a new Budget for year 2020.

Since September 1st, 2019 we have a new member of AME Sales Team – Jhon Gonzalez, originally from Venezuela, but now living in Madrid, Spain. Jhon is our new Sales Manager responsible for Spanish and Portuguese market. Before, he worked on the positions of Sales and Production Management in textile and fashion industry as well as a team leader of SAP business implementation project. Spain and Portugal is a big step forward for AME as entering a new western european market with its own Sales manager. AME strongly believes that it will bring new opportunities to our business and extend the list of AME customers in Europe. We wish Jhon all the best in his professional career in AME team. AME organized a Team building action including GROWTH MINDSET training and internal AME Sales meeting in term of August 19-22, 2019 in the High Tatras in Slovakia. On the action was present complete AME Sales team from all AME covered European regions. Within that week, we met with the trainer and couch from company Develor – Zoltán Szabó who perfectly led us through Growth Mindset training which was very useful and showed up new possible ways how to succeed in the very competetive automotive aftermarket environment.

Next day we had a beautiful hiking adventure as we went to Téryho chata (2015 metres a.s.l.) in The High Tatras and finalizing the team building action with internal AME Sales meeting which was a great opportunity to discuss AME position in the regions in friendly and informal working atmosphere. We believe, that the action helped AME Sales Managers to increase not only their professional knowledge of presented topics but also helped to build very positive AME Team spirit.

Since May 1st, 2019, we have a new member of AME Sales Team – Stanislav Malykont from Russia, Moscow. Stanislav is our new Sales Manager responsible for Russian market. Stanislav worked as a brand manager at JP Group Denmark, at SCT&Mannol and as a regional sales director for Citron Russia. Responsibility for the region of the biggest state in the world will be now on Stas´s shoulders but with his experience, AME strongly believes that it will bring new opportunities to our business. We wish Stas all the best in his professional career in AME team. Good luck!

Building a professional and trustful relationship through personal meetings with your Partner is in business always extremely important. Moreover, if you are their Sales representatives and front line in the field. Therefore, all members of AME Sales Team visited the factories of DUNLOP in Coventry, UK and BIG FILTER in St. Petersburg, Russia in order to better understand the production processes and „touch“ the real outcome from the production line. Besides that, formal parts of the meeting brings new ideas how to be more successful in promotion and selling the products of our Partners in AME regions. By this way we would like to thank DUNLOP and BIG FILTER representatives for their hospitality and pleasure time during our stay in UK and Russia. We are looking forward to the next personal meetings!

Our colleagues, concretely Igor Tar and Dariusz Kosiba visited Poland and Czech Republic in order to show and describe all possible ways how to be more successfull in selling the products of one of our partners – FREMAX. The fruitful dicsussions with a lot of new ideas were held during those days with our customers. We believe in high added value of such a workshops and we wish our customers all the best with the future increasing sales of FREMAX.

We are happy to proclaim the results of AME Sales Manager Competition. The winner for the year 2018 is Dariusz Kosiba who is responsible for the regions of Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Congratulations and good luck in 2019!

Since January 1st, 2019, we have a new member of AME Sales Team – Tomáš Popovič from Slovakia, Košice. Tomáš is our new Project Manager responsible for web solutions and online marketing. With his many years of experience in this business, we believe that Tomáš can bring a lot of success to AME new e-shop projects and online solutions in the aftermarket. Tomáš is responsible for the part of our business which is now extremely important to reach through sofisticated online and web solutions. Since January 1st, 2019, we have a new member of AME Sales Team – Sergey Zhukovskiy from Russia, Moscow. Sergey is our new Sales Manager responsible for Russian market where AME would like to be more focused in 2019. Sergey worked at MGI Countier as a Sales and Business Development Manager and before at JVIS USA as a Senior Key Account Manager. Sergey is responsible for the region of the biggest state in the world and with his experience, AME strongly believes that it will bring new opportunities to our business.
